Our clients will receive 2d and 3d drawings that they can give to any craftsman or prefab company that can then be used to fabricate your cabinets.

One on-site meeting, one in-person meeting to review the first set of drawings. 2 rounds of changes after the first version with change meetings done over zoom. 2D and 3D drawings presented with each version. - $550.00

Additional costs:

-Additional site visits - $50 per hr

-Additional in person meetings $75 per hr

-Additional zoom meetings - $50 per hr

-Additional changes beyond the 2 rounds of included changes - $75 per hour with an upfront estimate of how long it will take for each round of new changes. (build in 30 min increments)

-Project management of production and install with the craftsman of your choice. $50 per hour

We like to start with the free phone consult to see if we are a fit for you personally but to also see if we are a fit for your project and needs.

During the phone consult we will ask the client to email any inspiration pictures or Pintrest boards that they have. If its a new build we will also request your house plans be emailed.

We will then schedule either a site meeting, if there is a job site ready to visit or our first In person design meeting. At this meeting there will be lots of questions, going over expectations and the wants and needs of the client for a successful outcome.

Then we get to our part. We design your first round of drawings. Upon completion of the first round of drawings we will set up another in person meeting to go over those drawings and make the first round of changes.

From there another round of drawings will be sent and then those drawings will be reviewed in a zoom call.

If changes result from that meeting there will be one more round of changes that are included in the “retainer” fee.

If additional changes are required or an in person visit is needed after that final round of changes we will discuss the fees associated with the next steps.

Most clients only need the 3 rounds to complete their project design. If after 3 rounds we have successfully completed the design of your project final drawings will be prepared and emailed to the client for personal use.

We are always available after the completion of a project to answer any design questions you or your craftsman has for no additional charge.
